bermula 9.00 pagi hingga 5.30 petang setiap hari
Ahad hingga Khamis.
Kedai kami menyediakan perkhidmatan membuat
BATIK untuk tempahan orang perseorangan atau
pejabat kerajaan/swasta. Batik Sutera yang siap
juga terdapat di kedai kami.
Kain-kain lain terutama dari Indonesia, Thailand,
Vietnam dan lain-lain juga terdapat di kedai kami
termasuk beg-beg fesyen, jam kanak-kanak dan
banyak lagi.

Handmade Batik
Batik is renowned for its universal appeal and affordability.
And in Malaysia, it is synonymous with local arts and crafts.
To make Batik, patterned areas are first covered with wax so they will
not receive the colour of the dyes. Multicoloured and blended effects
are obtained by repeating the dyeing process severel times, with the
initial pattern of wax before re-dyeing.
A cracked effect, caused by fissures in the wax, can also be achieved
by crumpling the wax before dyeing. Finally, after the desired colours
and effect are realised, the fabric is boiled one last time to wash away
the wax. Finished Batik comes in many various forms- from 'sarongs'
to scarves, shirt to shorts, blouses to dresses, as well as collectible items.
